At the end of the course, the participant will receive an educom-certificate (participation certificate) according to the completed objective.

3 steps to occupational integration course:

  1. Your advisor to the Federal Employment Agency will work with you to clarify your training needs and issue the AVGS.
  2. You can contact us by phone, e-mail or come by an educom-center near you.
  3. After a short conversation with your educom consultant, you pass a placement test.

Method

The educom cultural trainings should not only be exciting, but should also have a lasting impact on the daily work of the participants. This is achieved through our “P-K-B-Method”: A phase of self-reflection (“Perspective”) is followed by the knowledge gain and the learning of new techniques (“Know-How”). These are then transferred to concrete professional practice (“Best practice”).
