You have an immigration background and are seeking to integrate into the German job market? You want to strengthen your skills and thereby increase your chances in the application process? The “Application Coaching for Applicants with an Immigration Background” is an AVGS program specifically for labor market orientation. In addition to application training, the focus is on gaining key qualifications and intercultural competencies in accordance with the requirements of German employers.
The Federal Employment Agency (BA) will cover 100% of the course costs through an activation and placement voucher (AVGS).

Seminar Language: German
The course consists of 40 lessons* (eg 10 weeks with 2 x 2 class units per week) and the preparation of an application folder and application file. A shorter and more intensive frequency of application coaching is possible on request. At the end of the course, the participant will receive an educom-certificate (participation certificate) according to the completed objective.
3 steps to occupational integration course:
- Your advisor to the Federal Employment Agency will work with you to clarify your training needs and issue the AVGS.
- You can contact us by phone, e-mail or come by an educom-center near you.
- After a short conversation with your educom consultant, you pass a placement test.
Method
The educom cultural trainings should not only be exciting, but should also have a lasting impact on the daily work of the participants. This is achieved through our “P-K-B-Method”: A phase of self-reflection (“Perspective”) is followed by the knowledge gain and the learning of new techniques (“Know-How”). These are then transferred to concrete professional practice (“Best practice”).
